Candle Cleansing

Supplies: Water, Salt & Psalms 51

Method 1 (Shower):  Before you step in the shower, I want you to say “I wash away all negativity and blockages. I am cleansed, renewed, and open to blessings.”

Shower normally and then while you’re still in the shower pour some salt into your hands starting at your face rub downwards.. head to feet.

Recite “ create in me a clean heart oh God and renew a right spirit within me” and visualize blockages being removed and going down the drain.. get out the shower and AIR DRY!

*For Method 1 I have a Salt Water Bowl I speak Psalms 51 over and carry to shower, Shower regularly first while envisioning me being clean (if visualization is hard for you, look at the water going down the drain is pretend it's all the negativity and blockages... say "BYE" and things relating to feel lighter due to removal) 

Method 2 (Spray Bottle): Put salt and water in the bottle. Pray psalms 51 over it and spray yourself downwards if it’s a spray bottle

if it’s a cup pour it starting from the head (the face if you can’t get your hair wet) down to your feet visualizing blockages being removed

DO NOT TOWEL DRY AS YOU WANT THIS CLEANSING TO STICK LIKE THE SALT WILL!!!
